Prior to submission of your full application, please send the following information via email to info@oleanbd.com to be considered for funding:

  • Current Personal Financial Statement for each of the principal owners listed in the Business Details of this application.

  • Most recent (and up to 2 years) financial statements for the business, preferably prepared by an accountant, including any interim current financial statements for the business if available.

  • Organizational Documentation (Articles of Organization, Certificate of Incorporation, d/b/a papers) for the business

The undersigned agrees to notify the OBDC RLF Committee immediately of any material changes to this information. The undersigned authorizes the OBDC RLF Committee to contact any bank and trade creditors it deems necessary without further notice. The undersigned authorizes the OBDC RLF Committee to conduct any inquiries it decides are necessary to verify the accuracy of the information contained in this application and to use any reasonable method to determine the credit worthiness of the Loan Applicant.
